Aftercare

A week after installing the toilet facility, we contact the client by phone and we inform whether the operation of the toilet meets the requirements. If necessary, we will make an appointment for a service visit. During this visit we discuss which functions should be optimized.

This service visit is free of charge.

Toilet Op Maat is specialized in the maintenance and repair of every brand of shower toilet and toilet lifts. We carry out urgent repairs within 2 working days. We support the client in applying for the repair via the WMO.
